RANCHO CORDOVA, CA (MPG) - The Rancho Cordova Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Rancho Cordova are proud to host the first Rancho Cordova Business Resource Fair.

This free event empowers local businesses with the tools they need to grow, innovate and collaborate. Rancho Cordova businesses are invited to drop by from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov.19 at Rancho Cordova City Hall, 2729 Prospect Park Drive.

“The chamber and city are excited to hold the first Business Resource Fair in Rancho Cordova,” said Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Diann H. Rogers. “Providing access to the resources available to our business community, from training programs to funding opportunities, is primary chamber function. This in-person event is a new way for us to do so.”

With more than 65,000 workers, Rancho Cordova is one of the region’s largest employment hubs. The Business Resource Fair supports economic growth, creates jobs and improves the business climate.

Featuring 20-plus trusted community partners, the fair will provide businesses with marketing, business planning, funding opportunities and more. Attendees can meet with industry experts, explore potential partnerships and network with fellow business leaders.

“Businesses are working hard to adapt to post-pandemic realities and today’s challenging economy,” said Rogers. “There are many organizations throughout the region that can help. By bringing us all together in the same room, businesses can more easily connect their needs with the right services.”

Featured community partners will include Rancho Cordova Police Department, County of Sacramento Business Environmental Resource Center, U.S. Small Business Administration, California Capital Financial Development Corporation, California Capital APEX Accelerator, California Capital Women’s Business Center, Small Business Development Corporation Sacramento Valley, Better Business Bureau, SCORE Capital Corridor, Talent Pipeline Management Academy, National Federation of Independent Business, SMUD, PG&E, Golden State Water Company, Atlas Disposal, Cordova Recreation & Park District, Metro Fire, Congressman Ami Bera, Sen. Roger Niello and Assemblyman Josh Hoover.

This is a must-attend event for businesses in Rancho Cordova.
