At approximately 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25, Rancho Cordova Police Department officers and Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, a Hindu temple, to the report of graffiti and property damage.
